Online Classes:
Thursdays: 6:30 – 8:00 P.M., Level I/II, $308, 14 online classes
March:19, 26, April: 2, 9,16, 23, 30, May:7, 14, 21, 28, June:4, 11, 18.
Sundays: 9:00 – 10:15 A.M., level I, $220, 11 online classes
April:5, 12, 19, 26, May:3, 10,17, 31, June:7, 14, 21.
Pranayama classes – in April, May, June.

In -person class:Please arrive 5 minutes early to the in-person class, wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, blankets (4), blocks (2), & one belt (6ft)

Online class: Please log in early and have your yoga mat and props ready.
Required props: 4 yoga blankets, 2 yoga blocks, 6’ yoga belt and a folding yoga chair.
An email will be sent to you to access class 30 minutes before the scheduled class time.

Minimize the thumbnails to just your own.
If you don’t have above mentioned props, just be creative.
For yoga blankets: Use thick towels or any firm blankets or small pillows.
For yoga blocks:Use a small step stool, or hard bound books tied together by heavy duty elastic bands.
For yoga belt: Use ties, or long strip of cloth or bathrobe belt.
For yoga chair: Use dining room chair or any folding chair.
