Online Yoga Classes for Adults

Tuesdays: 6:30 – 8:00 P.M., Beginner/Level I, $222, 12 online classes.

April:16, 23, 30, May: 7,14, 21, 28, June:4, 11, 18, 25, July:2.             

Thursdays: 6:30 – 8:00 P.M., Level I & II, $222, 12 online classes.

April:11, 18, 25, May:2, 9, 16, 23, 30, June:6, 13, 20, 27.

In-person yoga classes for adults on Wednesdays

All in-person yoga classes meet at India Heritage Foundation, 226 R, Grafton St., Shrewsbury, MA 01545.

Wednesdays: 6:45 – 8:15 P.M., Level I & II, $222, 12 classes

April:17, 24, May:1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June:5, 12, 19, 26, July:3.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to the in-person class, wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, yoga blankets (4),blocks (2),& one yoga belt (6ft).

Pranayama classes – in May, & June 

$350, 20 classes pass 

Pass expiration date: 07/04/2024 

$21 drop-in 

Classes are filled on a first come/first served basis

Classes subject to cancellation or change of fees if under-enrolled.

For Online classes: Please log in early, wear comfortable clothing, have your yoga mat and props ready.

Required props: 4 yoga blankets, 2 yoga blocks, 1 – 6’ yoga belt and a yoga chair.

If you don’t have above mentioned props, be creative.

For yoga blankets: Use thick bath towels or any firm blankets or small pillows.

For yoga blocks: Use a small step stool, or hard bound books tied together by heavy duty elastic bands.

For yoga belt: Use ties, or long strip of cloth or bathrobe belt.

For yoga chair: Use dining room chair or any folding chair. 

An email will be sent to you to access class 30 minutes before the scheduled class time.
