I used to suffer greatly from back pain and sciatica which I developed as a result of an accident about 5 years ago. I tried everything from cortisone shots to Ayurvedic treatment with absolutely no avail. About two years ago I joined Aruna’s yoga classes. I must say that it was absolutely amazing. Aruna was able to work out a set of asanas that would help my back and leg. Slowly but steadily, my back improved and with it, my leg started feeling better too. 2 1/2 years later, I am practically pain free and am able to do a lot more complicated asanas.
