Sirsasana (Headstand), at the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Italy (July 2019). Even before climbing the tower, at the bottom of the tower I could feel the gravitational change and imbalance from the leaning architecture. The floor at the bottom slopes to the right. While climbing the 296 spiral steps up, I continuously felt off balance. However, I climbed up quickly. After reaching the top, l felt the effect of the leaning tower even stronger. By performing sirsasana at the top of the tower, I challenged my body and mind by having to maintain balance while being upside down. It worked.
