Bring Alignment, Stability, Strength and Awareness of
breath to your Yogasana practice
The classes focus on bringing alignment and stability in the asanas (postures), building strength, stability and flexibility in the body and bringing calmness to the mind. No prior yoga experience is required. These classes will train you to understand Vaayu Yoga and prepares you for the FALL yoga session.
